Health & Social Care Trainer

Guild Care is looking for a passionate Health & Social Care Trainer to join our Community Services team. If you're dedicated to empowering individuals with learning disabilities and excel at inspiring others, we want you!

Hours: 35 per week, full-time
Salary: £25,015 per annum

Essential Requirements:

Experience in a care setting
Recognised training and assessor qualification
2+ years in the care sector with mentoring and coaching skills
Proficiency in medication administration
Ability to create a supportive learning environment

Desirable Skills:

Experience in learning disability support or volunteering
Training design and delivery experience in the care sector
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
First Aid at Work and Manual Handling training qualification

Your Role:

As a Health & Social Care Trainer, you'll lead our team in providing the highest standard of care and support. Responsibilities include:
