• Hours: 37.5 per week, full-time
• Payrate: £11.79 per hour

What is the role?

Join Guild Care as a Deputy Shop Manager within our famous Greenhouse Store in East Worthing! Assisting the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of stock coming through the Donation Centre for distribution to other Guild Care stores.

Assisting the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Stock coordination coming through the Donation Centre.
• Coordinate a team of volunteers and retail assistants.
• Liaising with the Transport service for distribution of stock.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Ensuring financial targets are met.
• Implementing changes affecting shop running.

What kind of person are we looking for?

Essential candidate criteria:

• Literate and numerate with basic IT skills.
• Flexible attitude towards work.
• Ability to undertake reasonable lifting duties.

Desirable candidate criteria:

• Experience of working with volunteers.
• Cash handling experience.
• Experience in the Charity shop sector.
