Salary: Up to £26,185.64 per annum
Hours of work: 35 Hours per week.
£1000 welcome bonus.

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives?

We are seeking a Community Carer to join our team and provide exceptional care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Community Support Worker, your primary responsibilities include offering exceptional care and practical assistance to clients in their homes. This involves cleaning, preparing meals, companionship, and personal care, all while following safe working practices and respecting the privacy and dignity of clients.

Shift patterns are:

Early: 07:00–14:00.
Late: 16:00–21:30.
Preferred hours and days will be discussed during interviews.

Essential

Compassionate and caring approach to providing emotional support
Good communication and ability to listen actively to clients and their families.
Ability to assist with mobility and physical activities.
Accurate and timely recording of client information and care provided.
Understanding and adherence to health and safety protocols.
Good time management
Satisfactory DBS Check
Clean driving license and access to own transport
Team player, caring and respectful nature,
Awareness and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds and beliefs.

Desirable

Understanding and adherence to medication schedules and monitoring for any side effects.
Commitment to ongoing training and development to stay updated on best practices and new information in the field
Experience working with older people, dementia care, and manual handling.
Evidence in Care Certificate or NVQ qualifications.
Experience of domiciliary Care
